i also try not to drink coffee after 5 pm.

this is the biggest reason for nadal`s knee issues. he cant get off the hard courts even when in obvious pain in the knee.
 
had this court been an indoor clay court in mallorca, he would saved himself from tearing up his knee. this fool had them build him an indoor hard court so he can carry on with the destruction of his knee and his career year around.
 
he is so attatched to the hard courts he even has a picture of it on facebook page. it serves as his cover picture.
