being a tennis player for nearly all my life, i've had to get use to the aerobic workouts and staying in shape, etc. anyways, i'm not the biggest fan of aerobic workouts but my aunt (who was an awesome tennis player back in her day!) bought me this instructional dance dvd called Breakin it Down from the choreographer from Making the Band (laurie ann gibson). Anyways, i checked it out and its a really awesome aerobic workout. on it she teaches different moves from hip hop to salsa to reggae. all i know is that at hte end of the video i was dead. i think im gonna start using this as my aerobic workout!!

I am a huge advocate of doing whatever you have to do to get in shape for tennis (the healthy way of course)

Let us know if it continues to be a good source of exercise outside of tennis for you.  :)

Welcome to the boards!!!   :welcome)
