Yet I can bet you those 7 final losses sting more then the joy of the 17 wins. A major talent like Roger isn't satisfied with anything short of 100% perfection.

why would they sting?
 
nadal was the better player on those days. a great warrior excepts that, learns from it, and then moves on.
