you have to eat mate. just eat smart and exercise like mad.

my little brother is on this weight losing kick as well. i dont get it. the guy rides 100 miles in 5 hours on a road bike.

he has a resting pulse rate in the 40`s. he is fitter than 99% of the people on the planet.

now he tells me that all he wants to eat for dinner is oatmeal.
