Still on serve. Tomic 5-4.
I must admit that this is the one match I've seen this year that I would really have liked to be at live.
It is white hot tennis!

I never thought I'd see the day! Yes even Alex knows that Fed is getting through the most difficult quarter in this event.
Then we will fight in the shade.

Well, the match so far has been quite amazing... And I do have to say Tomic has played fearless the entire match and just came out short... Either way, he has played a great match.. but still no match for Fed... at least not yet...

Tomic will get Fed one of these days.

The interesting news SO FAR... is that Roger has had only ONE break point in this match.. and if we count Davydenko's match, he has only faced one break point in 2 whole matches.. that's quite amazing and says something on Roger's serve now..

Well, right now he has a slim shot at Fed on a best ot 3 sets... but on a best of 5 no way... and Tomic can get Fed when Fed is about 34 then... :))

Very impressed with Tomic's poise. He took his chances and never seemed overwhelmed by the moment. I think of all the young players, Tomic is far ahead of the field in this catagory.

Wow... match was nerve biting for 2 sets. The match to salvage the first week of this year's boring AUS OPEN.
The world awaits no genius

I stayed so late again. I was desperate to see this match and Roger delivered. Tomic, who thinks he is God  just got another lesson. Beautiful shot making from Fed  :).  now when that brat is gone, I can go to sleep I guess. also, very nice interview by Fed after the match

Simon is ridiculous with his ability to rally forever.

Unfortunately, that's what ultimately does him in.
