Sid and take your point. I tend to take a broad brush approach. I expect the top players to go up a gear when it matters against the lower ranked players. Obviously, I'm not claiming that this is tablets-of-stone stuff, just my view. Of course much depends on a variety of nuances. I like Chardy's game & he has clearly played well. I'm not writing him off, I just think that Murray will prevail.
As for Tsonga, I agree that he could be what you hope he will be. No arguments there, he has beaten Federer before. I'm hoping though, that Federer will play well & beat him.
