first of all, congrats to both players. Nole was just a bit better. I feel sorry for my bud Sid, but there could be only one winner and Novak was stronger.

btw, when I watch the final rounds of majors, I don't like to post anything. I just focus and wait till a match is over.

PMAC just admitted that the length AO matches are such a concern to the players and tournament that they've sped up the courts in hopes of quickening the matches. Now they've got to move in the back walls to reduce the amount of space behind the baseline. That will speed up the matches.

What's up with the fans? First 2 games and they're already too "happy." NYC happy I'd say.

Wow, when Murray gets tired, this tennis goes from just tedious to unwatchable. No plan B.

.................I'd pay for stuff like this!  :not worth1:

My hands are in the air, Babblelot  A bad reaction to some drivel I had just listened to in our TV coverage!  But the rant was most therapeutic!    :)

As for new era's - c'est la vie.

What, they are not going to just make it clay?
Good Luck on the Court!!!

I thought it was a good but not a great final. Not as good as last year's but far better than the one two years ago. Murray has certainly come on since then.
