could only fall asleep after taking sleeping pills for the Tue and Wed night.  As I can't eat so much sleeping pills, i did not take one yesterday night.  I could fall asleep within 30 minutes, but sadly I woke up at 2 am, 3:30 am and 5 am respectively  . Well, well, well, it is still better than having to lay down for 2-3 hours before sleep comes
