i am getting more into vegetables these days. it compensates for my dislike for salads.

you should even carry some garlic with you everywhere you go. it scares away evil spiritis. so that is another great benefit of garlic.

yes ofc i eat always salads, in this case i m mading a zucchini for my son, i cook roast or fry potato only 1 for week, but ofc he prefers potatos

as first i still dont know, if my son want pasta or gnocchi i ll  cook for him, but  i havelso some  ravioli in freezen i could do them

i know they are good for helathy ,soemtime i use onio for some food but i never let it into the food, just for leave a little bit of the taste

haha, I love cookies and biscuits  And I eat enough meat eggs and fish for protein and minerals...... and I like frying things anyway..... wouldn't burden other people with it.....

its ok to fry once in a blue moon with olive oil or peanut oil but frying is not the best idea for those interested in premium health and fitness.
 
oil makes the blood flow sluggish right at the outset and then does further damage in the long run.

2 out of 3 are dying here in the south and guess what is the biggest reason:
they are dying of coronary heart disease because they cant get away from fried food, pizza, and hamburgers.
