that gives it a formal looking name and it also sends the right message to people. it sounds more inviting and people can really start going there  to relax , listen to some music, and also talk some music.

i tried hot milk+valerian pills+aroma that is said to help you sleep.  But the results is still the same: i could not sleep

with me it works..make gym that relax my body when im nervous and natural stuff

Valerain is too mild for me, it did not work.  My anxiety problem is quite serious to be honest    I guess no one can help me but myself, I am drinking "black bean tea", but the effect is very slow.  I hope this can help me in the long run.

well my idea woul be to relax this we but tom morning both my niecs wil be in my home..adn sunday afternoom there is the bday of my son's mate...and parent in law for lunch
i want go in desert island all alone for 1 week

thanks Betty but i am useless on dancing.   I am just too stupid.   the nieces to play with Francy?  If so, you can shut the bedroom door and sleep and let them play 

i don't have pleasure thing to do, I am going to pay a visit to my dad's tomb tomorrow and I guess i am going to play tennis on sunday if there is no rains as expected by the weather observatory
