sad, sad story mimzy.
here is another sad story, but a wonderful vid + nice song for you as a 'fan'
Stop and Stare: Heath Ledger Tribute
just saw this video for the first time. i caught him in 3 movies: this one in which he sings that frankie valle song, the knight`s tale, and the one with mel gibson.
his star was on the rise as well. he had tremendous talent as an actor.
wow generalito that's damn impressive, I didn't think you had that knowledge
it's indeed a knight's tale, the patriot (with mel gibson) and the first one i 10 things I hate about you.
he was definately a talented actor. he stole the show with his Joker performance in the Dark Knight
he even won a golden globe for that role
he had that special gift from the gods generalito. i think he would have even stolen the show dressed in rags like a beggar in any movie. which by the way he evidently did like in "knights tale".
that is how commanding his screen presence was.
very actors have had the kind of command of the screen which he had. in many ways, ledger, reminds me of lord richard burton and sir/lord lawrence olivier.
river phoenix must have been great also but i never saw any of his movies. i hear his peers held him in very high regard.
