All over London i've seen the Clash, Pally/lyceum & many other places.Paul Fox of the Ruts i use to drink with many years back, sad to say this great guitarist is not with us any more. After M/Owen died Paul Fox made a band up called the Screaming Lobsters, these guys would play down a pub called the Queens head. Here is some info.

just look at the flawless mechanics of that backhand:
a. hitting the ball out in front
2. perfect arm extension
3. firm grip
4. relentless focus on the ball
5. relentless focus on the point of contact
6. perfect positioning of the body for maximum weight transfer

I didn't think he was going to when he was 5-1 down in the first set Javi.  Good job!  :))

He's just won the 2nd set 6-2 so fingers crossed for you Duncan.  :)

All the ingredients to make it the truly beautiful shot that it was.

I think he has the best backhand ever CD...

What a discussion we could have debating the merits of all these beautiful singlehanders.  :)

i hear ya mate. i think you and general javier the fearless may hold a similar position on that one.

his backhand was absolutely sensational.

he had something poor muster never had. kuerten was 6 foot 3.

muster was well under 6 feet. muster`s backhand is not talked about much but it was absolutely money.

leverage is so critical for easy power and more power if you have a single hander. this is why dynamitrov is well on his way to owning the most devastating single hander on the planet.

yep, you could see that on that muster video i posted a few days ago vs Bruguera. Would have been cool if nadal, muster, kuerten, bruguera, vilas and borg in their prime would have played at the same time, clay tennis would have had many many many great battles people would still talk about today!

damn general duncan. at this rate one day you are going to end up convincing me that his single hander rates higher than roger`s single hander.

no question about it: both have sublime backhands.
