I am learning quite a bit by watching his serve improvements!   His grounstrokes and movement have always been sublime.  The flexibility, I think, is also key. The mind goes without saying.  That he has, "head and shoulders" over the rest of the competition.

Are you kidding?No1e's flexibility is second to none.When it comes to that aspect of the game, he's absolutely the best.

This flexibility is what has finally inspired me to stretch before and after exercise...and even to exercise more:)

nadal should have gotten heavily into cycling starting in 2009 and maximized match play and practice on clay courts effective immediately after that slam.
 
right now he would be sitting on 3 more slams and no knee trouble.
 
he was actually having knee trouble as he was winning the australian open in 2009. so that was to time to lay off the hard court activity as much as possible.
 
he did this to himself. he killed his own career while in his prime.
