today after gym i will make that fav server stuff u told me Nekro..and maybe training a bit on other stuff unless my mom want go somewhere

my routine is my routine. next person that laughs at my routine loses all their teeth.

i usually have a light scotch drink before dinner. a glass of red wine after dinner. and it is usally chivas regal but i like black label as well. both are blended scotch that are 12 years old.

and a glass of hot milk just before hitting the sack.

i am also doing one meal replacement now: at least one meal is replaced with a bowl of oats.

hide and seek is also good, it's mainly for your jumping and movement and knifing skills
