Awesome. I'm watching my fútbol (soccer, lol) team ATM so i'm not that informed about how Alund is playing, but he isn't exactly an Ivo Karlovic when we talk about serve.

And I really don't know about the Brazilian crowd. I mean, we're always sports rivals, but I didn't know that was also in tennis. I don't like how they're acting, i'm a little pissed with how they threated Berlocq yesterday.

Probably, but it's his first win in South America, and he faced a really motivated argentinian player in his own land.
But yeah... He should had won easily, he lost his momentum at the end of the first set, and after that it was so difficult.

nadal had a bit of a chance there in alund`s service game as he took the first point.
 
poor returning and that ace cost him a chance to break. now he is under some pressure with his own serve.
 
alund could tee off on the returns and make an opportunity for himself.

just an incredible downfall of nadal. he threw away his game and his fitness all by himself.
 
this guys alund should not win a single game against nadal on clay and yet here he is still in the match. probably he is going to take this set at the current rate.
 
if nadal would just focus on the ball a little more and little less on his damn underwear and his nose, that alone might help a little bit.
 
what is the bloody need to touch your nose 6 times before every single point. it is certainly not helping him.

If Nadal gained some weight and also lost some leg strength that will slow him down.
 
The leg strength will effect how he pushes off on his strokes too so that's another problem.
 
He just needs time to get things in synch.

he was an ex ncaa singles champ when i demoished him on hard courts. he works out and trains out of some prestigious club in baton rouge now. he won the singles ncaa singles championship for LSU long time ago.

his name: donny leacraft

he has a double handed backhand that was a machine. he basically never missed off that wing.

his problem was my speed, physicality, and my forehand. he never saw my topspin forehand that day. that threw him off.

my forehands did not come back.
