same story as yesterday. nadal cant return the damn ball at all. its just pitiful how he can allow himself to keep doing this crap.

now yesterday he played a terrified chardy who made a million mistakes.

zeballos does not look intimidated at all.

Now, now, one result is hardly proof of any particular skill. Who is really good in this game will reveal itself over a bit more time.

I'll settle for a competitive match and not a rout.

nadal has no clue at all on the return of serve. zeballos is making him look like a weak club player.

somebody tell this moron go waste some more time on useless doubles. how about practicing that return of serve idiot?

just pitiful.

unbelievable. zeballos is killing him with his serve and his drop shots.

nadal could be in trouble here. right now i dont see nadal being able to return that serve and its not that great a serve.

you cant win if you cant break.

Sure you can, it's unusual but it has happened. Zeballos is the better player so far, though. I don't expect it to last.

negative. you simply cannot win if you cant break. even in a tiebreaker you need a mini break one way or another.

so far nadal is clueless in just about all aspects of the game. it is sad to see but he did it to himself.

he was well enough to practice for those 7 months. they could have just fed him the balls. but you dont stop practicing in this sport.

and there is no excuse for a 11 times slam winner to not be able to get an average serve back on clay.

zero excuse for this level of play for a 7 times french open champion. he can go cry or make his usual excuses after he loses. funny thing is that he believes his damn excuses.

i know better. all this could have been prevented.

i also firmly believe and always have that the doubles does not work for nadal. it hurts his singles game badly.

it takes away the valuable focus that he has to have.
