negative. you simply cannot win if you cant break. even in a tiebreaker you need a mini break one way or another.

I said break, not minibreak. As you can see, he's getting those.

Deserved also.

I agree. I thought the match was kaput after he wasted his first 2 SPs!

I believe most did....and certainly after he got broken. But then he broke right back. Good fighting spirit, but I still expect Nadal to take this.

If he does, then I'll be 0 for 5 in Suicide Tennis finals. So it wouldn't surprise me as much as it normally would.

:rofl_2:

I choose him for my first pick, and he lost the first set 6-1 to some mug qualifier, and I was facepalming myself...

Now he's in the final :)~ (with a possibility to win)

I considered playing safe, taking Nadal to reach the final, because I expected Zeballos to lose to Berlocq. Had I done that, I would have had Zeballos in the final..but I'm not complaining. This was a colourful result, a good match and I'll get more chances in ST later.

When Nadal can't beat some no-name mugs on slow red clay in 250 events you know he's just about done.
Then we will fight in the shade.

i dont feel sorry for the idiot. hoping he gets his ass smashed in doubles too to be honest with you guys.

if golf, poker and fishing, and screwing around is more important to you than tennis then i hope he never wins another singles match again.

to hell with him. i told people at mtf and here 5 years ago exactly what was was going to happen and it has.

he is pitiful. dont know why he is even back. go play poker moron and go pick your stupid ass and your nose and fukkk with your stupid bottles. that is not going to help you win matches.

he forgot what made him the dominant force. why? because he was born stupid. it is what it is.

this man has a winning record against all the best players and he had a winning hand against all of them in his prime.

he gave that up not once, not twice, but 4 times. he deserves to be out of top 10 and he will be soon.

like i said before it is not possible be born dumber than mike tyson but nadal is the one who tops him.

i am very disappointed to say the least. he cost spain at 2 davis cups also because of his stupidity and his greed.

no player has ever done this to himself in his very prime as often as he has. you knew it was going to catch up with him sooner or later.

now the only silver lining is this: he will lose very early in indian wells and in miami which will help him make his one last final stand at RG.

this is his last year. i can pretty much assure you of this. he does not care and we should not either.

nobody gives a damn about his excuses. muster offered none and never stopped working. even when he could not move at all and was strapped to a damn bench, he kept hitting balls.

betty is right: it is his life.

It's quite sad to see Nadal like this. Back in 2008 when Federer was the same age, he was moving great, serving fantastic and hitting his forehand 90mph+. Sure he lost those GS finals to Nadal but the level at Wimbledon was so insanely high that you couldn't help but marvel.
Then we will fight in the shade.
