Hey Betty, how it goes? yeah, some people are just lucky, genes etc. I have a friend who doesn't work out, doesn't exercise ... eats junk food all the time, eats huge meals, and he has a six pack, biceps etc ... just don't understand ... freak of nature

love & hatre are hard to separate sometimes .....He is both cruel and foolish, now both lives are ruined, he may end up in prison for his remaining life, jsut plain foolish .....

i am always the unlucky one.  My legs got thicker and bigger after jogging (but actually I don't jog that much, mostly walking) but i see a lot of people whose legs are still as slender as before even though they jogged a lot ......

not a pro bud. I used to play it when I was younger. Table tennis is underrated in North America. I find it's much more difficult to control a lightweight ball than a regular tennis ball. You have to have amazing reflexes to succeed. 

Mimi, I'm wondering if you are following table tennis. It's much more popular in Asia.

no Alex, i don't like table tennis.  I love playing sports that I can "fully utilise" my power.  I can hit the tennis balls with as much force as I can without worrying that the balls will be out. While it is very easy to over-hit the balls in such a small table.
