Best odds I could find: Nadal 2/5 Gulbis 9/4. Nadal still the bookies favourite. Not thsat surprising, one would think Gulbis will get tired at some point.

Gulbis is surprisingly fit. I think he just used to be lazy, not physically weak. 13 matches in a row, including double-day 3 set qualies against grinders. I don't think he's getting tired yet- one day should be more than enough to recuperate.

Not really. Sure, he beat Tipsy, but Tipsy's ALWAYS been rather inconsistent. And Seppi? If THAT'S considered a scalp, then scalping is just too easy nowadays. Nadal will show this clown who's boss.
