that is why i think i need to make some drastic changes. also there is no way i can train for 4-5 hours a day if i am not sleeping well.

y should be fall asleep more easily than me since you have no financial/job problem and you are not like me, MUST wake up at 7:45 am for work. If you don't get enough sleep, you can always take a nap but I can't

that is true mimzy. i am lucky in some ways. i only have to work about 3 months a year.

but still i have to make drastic changes if i want to be able to train 4-5 hours a day.

i will try these changes slowly. i got up at 6 am today.

tomorrow i will try to wake up at 8 am and then back 6 am on wednesday. slowly and surely i can start forcing my body to demand sleep a little earlier.

i just dont feel like working more than 3-4 months out of year general freaky. its just that simple.

i value my free time and my fitness more.

he is sure to return sooner or later. soon they will ban his ass at tennis warehouse too. that site sucks from what i have heard.

general swish said yesterday that he is at tennis warehouse. i hear that site is horrible.

he is not here right now because he is pissed off. he said some of his posts got deleted.

i have no idea who deleted them and it does not really matter. he has to get past that and get back to the only family he has left as far as tennis forums go.

general scott owns the forum. he bought it and built it with his own hard earned money. he does what he does and he owes nobody any explanations. period. its his own forum.

and that is the bottom line. i am sure some of my posts got deleted in the past too but here i dont worry about it. its his forum and i am sure he had his reasons.

now there is a huge problem with the post deletion at mens toxic dump restrooms. the whole world knows by now about the crooked, power hungry, biased admin and the mods there. not all mods but some of them.

scoobs, aj, and snowwy are cancer to that forum. snowwy used to post with me at the castle from time to time there until scoobs and aj infected him.
