i could not fall asleep yesterday, slept for only 2 hours  , have to take sleeping pill tonight otherwise no energy to go to work

Hi Mimi, no, I'm in hun atm..... No, it's total spring here..... it rained for like 3 days and now it's sunshine...

i could not fall asleep yesterday, slept for only 2 hours  , have to take sleeping pill tonight otherwise no energy to go to work

try some exercises before going to sleep.....  chemicals

thanks for the tip, i do about 2-3 hours of exercises per week but still ....... .  Guess I am getting old.

Yes it's strange...... it was spring and then it was snowing then rain for 3 days and now it's spring again

here there is sun but cold , there was ice on street a lot of car crush whilei  was coming at work..also my car had few problem to keep the street but i think with this sun the ice should  go away soon
