there is a PM there that was sent to me. i cannot get to it now. i really should have saved it but i had no idea they woud be dumb enough to give me a perma ban.

anyway that PM is from somebody who wants to pay me to chill at some tennis forum in europe somewhere. he said he had been reading my posts at MTF for a long time and that i would be a good person to have at his forum.

well i did not want any reponsibility at the time and also i was busy at that time so i never acted up on it.

now i think it makes sense. i can use that place to recruit for here. i can also make it a condition for him: i can tell him that i will take the job if he also hires you.

i mean why not. we waste certain amout of time anyway. why not make some more friends, get a few bucks, and also bring some people here.

so the problem is this: how can i gain access to my PM`s there.

i don't know mate, I haven't really talked to the admins.

maybe I can in a couple of weeks....

but I doubt you can reach your PMs over there. can't you read that PM via your email?

do you really think he would pay you or us to hang out at his forum? i would even do it for free to, if we can recruit some people for this forum! do you still remember that forum's name?

he said he had been reading MTF for a long time. he made it quite clear there was a small salary involved.

it never occurred to me at the time that i should explore it much. i am able to do some consulting and work 3-4 months out of a year and live just fine. i mean what is a few bucks a month to me.

but today, while out on my bike ride, i was thinking about it. it would actually work for us.

i could get him to pay us both and we would both hang out there a little bit. great way to meet more people and even do some recruiting for here.

basically he wanted me to start a few threads a week for him at his forum. it would be pretty easy for me to convince him that i do not work alone. and two heads are better than one anyway.

well unless i can get at that PM, there is no way i can get hold of him.

no worries. i will find us another opportunity somewhere. it does sound like fun now. probably because we are here now and thinking about ways to grow here.

x man must be injured. i dont have the details yet. looks like donal young was up 5-1 in the first set at the time x man retired from the match.

CD: you can't read your PM in mtf any more? have you ever deleted it? If you deleted that specific PM, i don't think the mods can retrieve it.

i never deleted that particuar PM. in fact there are quite a few PM`s there that are stored there. i never bothered to delete them.

I see. I will be taking my annual leave tomorrow as I need to clear my untaken annual leave, come back to the office next Monday. You may not see me duringi these few days as I need to do some personal stuff
