yes, i read that he said he got out from the bed (admitted the girl friend was sleeping in the same bed with him) and thought there was an intruder in the bathroom and shot 4 times at the door without opening it.  How could he not realise that his girl friend was not in the bed when he got up and could be in the bathroom?
