RG Football - Down?

Hope this is considered a "tennis discussion". I would ask in the video section but there's no video attached, so I'm afraid the moderator will delete it from there  :)).

At any rate, can a Russian-speaking person please tell me what's up with RGFootball.net? They have a very strange sign instead of their website. Going to vk wasn't helpful.
