As you might remember, after he lost to Rafa last week at Indian Wells, he said: "I'll go back to Switzerland for the next few weeks...",  "Normally I'd like to practice real hard and rest up and recover from this week."

Here is a pic from his practice clay court in Switzerland and a message from him:

Nice Paris shirt. I think Federer uses the clay to tune up for Wimbledon and other tournaments. It helps his ground game and when he gets on grass, he has a good foundation under him.

he is lazy general mc. playing golf is so much easier than slaving away on clay which is really what he should be doing.

he should be fixing that ground game on clay.
