Nah. Dogs are too loyal! That's why their man's best friend. They don't care how awful and lazy we are. They love us anyway  :))  :rofl_2:

So excited to finally get to watch some tennis again! Serena vs Kirilenko (Serena's been sub-par recently and Kirilenko played some great, though inconsistent, tennis from what I saw in the highlights against Mladenovic; hope she manages to take advantage) and, hopefully, Nadal's match! I hate exams! They just have to get in the way of everything.

Glad to hear Nishikori played really well! Hope he puts up a solid match against Fed! I would like to watch it, but I doubt I'll be able to. I hate exams  :\

Me knowing he could have had few slams is enough  :) Hate repeating myself, but his tennis career is an inspirational story.
Bump.

I thought Haas lost concentration early in the 2nd set,and Robredo played some incisive tennis to take the momentum. But he couldn't sustain it & TH found focus to go up a level. Some wonderful tennis from him to win this in straight sets.

I'm watching Nadal/Paire & will watch Monaco/Anderson.  It's 2-2 in the RN/BP match, going with serve.
Nice to see that shift in his mental game.
Not so many blow ups on court now when things aren't going well.
That's what a little confidence will do for ya.
CONK da ball!!!

Williams/Kirilenko a good match so far. Williams doesn't look lackluster at all :( But Kirilenko is serving better than I've ever seen her serve, so she's holding her serve so far :)

We're one week away from Dimitrov's birthday. Winning Madrid or getting to the final here would be a fine 22nd birthday present for him, don't you think. :))

Easy job for Nadal, while Berdych was struggling to beat Anderson who could have won it.

Nishikori is playing well, taking 1st set 6-4. Fed in trouble.

Better 2nd set by Roger! :applause:

Let's go Roger!!!! Let's go Roger!!!!

Oh, (I also read an article about why Dimitrov is playing better this week.  He said "it was something my girlfriend told me before the tournament this week).  His girlfriend: Maria Sharapova.  Saw pictures of them walking the streets of Madrid holding hands and kissing.

But enought about them....

LET'S GO ROGER!  3RD SET COMING UP (as soon as they get the clay dryer!)

And there it is! Nishikori takes down Fed. I was only able to catch the last bit of the third set but it looked like a decent match. Fed seemed inconsistent, though. Too many errors. Nishikori played some great shots, though.

Ha ha Alex. I don't really hate Madrid...but I will be glad when the clay season is over. It's probably my least liked surface to watch, personally.

I like Haas but I like Ferrer too.  Both are in their 30's so they are from Roger's era.  I always try to pull for those players.

And Alex...first you're going to wear my red high heel shoes, now you're going to jump from your balcony!  I can't wait to hear what's next on your agenda! :rofl_2:
