Looks like a basic FH volley practice.
What does DL 3 distances mean?
Perhaps there's more to it than meets the eye in this 13 second clip.

Yes, it is more than just hitting volleys. DL 3 distances means Down the line 3 distances. In this drill player has to move forward after every shot so he hits forehand volley in 3 different places. It puts emphasis on proper footwork and positioning what many players lack of.
