thanks for the link that i am reading, i already cut down on sodium and other sauces, but my blood pressure is still sometimes very high and then sometimes normal (but I am nervous all the times, may be this is the main reason)
It says vitamin D helps, vitamin k2, magnesium is very important too.
Lose weight of course.
Physical activity is always good, walks can relieve stress and be grateful for what you have puts things in perspective too.
I manged to lose 2 kgs
and i am eating calcium+Vitamin, may be i should add one single bottle of vitamin D? I also increased my exercises from 2 to 3 times a week, but stil, the results are poor, may be it will only be reduced after i quitted the job, no more pressure?
