~* Ye Olde Village *~ Volume 1 "A New Beginning"
« on: July 13, 2013, 03:20:32 PM »
July 12, 2013-  A sad day. The Castle was attacked by barbarians. It's defenses were no match for the fearsome cannons and battering rams. The surviving inhabitants fled to the countryside and began a new life.

Great stuff, general OW!

Countryside isn't a bad place to live, I grew up on countryside.

Clay Death fought hard, shame he had to die in such circumstances.

I thought it would be more original as it seems we are done for good with the Ye Olde Castle, and this very much sound like it. Don't think general hercs is coming back.

But do carry on, its good to have thread to chill when there's no tennis activity or when you feel like not talking about tennis.

Do you want to put members names?

It seems like some will feel it is a club, I always felt that way about the castle and sometimes posters would ask if they are allowed to post there.

I got the same feeling once or twice. I think if I include something under it as "all posters are welcome to post at The Village, new or old" it would be fine. :dunno:

That sounds good.
I just want everyone to come and not have any reasons not to post or feel too restricted and then don't come.

I just have a feeling it will work out fine.

It's like a restaurant that had problems but now is under new management.  :)

Okay. I'll post everyone's name who posted on this thread :dunno: If you want titles or something, just ask.

Don't think I'm the manager or anything, in the Village we are all equals  ://

don't get carried away.

I came here to say hello to perhaps the only people that care about me:

general lugburz
general slasher
general masterclass
general markus

I can honestly say that I learned something from these people. they are pure class. and I find them very intelligent. I will forever consider them my friends.

and of course I am mad at dallas and scot. I am mad at them because they failed to stop a mad man from trying to destroy the forum and the chat section. a mad man and a true sicko went after emma and me for 5 days and nothing was done about it.

but I might as well tell you the truth also since I am making one of my last appearances here.

deep inside and in the deepest of my deepest hearts I cant have any hate for scot. I am not that kind of person.

he has never done any harm to me in any way and he has always spoken very highly of me. I am not going to forget his kindness.

Let's not pretend anymore. CD despises Federer and I despise Nadal. I can't stand his time-violations, water bottle arranging, bumping other players after a changeover, glaring, fist pumps and constant vamoses. He's everything I don't like in the game and I cheer every time he loses.

So screw Nadal and all his fans.

Yeah that's the real truth of the matter.

If nobody likes it, too bad.

I just wanted to clarify something so that so no one thinks I did nothing for 5 days.  I was told yesterday at 10:06 A.M. and just over 12 hours later thousands of posts went missing.  I just checked the time stamp on my PMs to confirm.  No one is mad here either, I am sure you have seen your PM.

Thanks!
