guess i have mentioned to you before: have taken annual leave next Wed till Sat, have to deal with the ashes of my dad, so may be i won't be here during this period
What do you do with the ashes? Some have done unusual things, put them in weird places or just keep them on a shelf somewhere.
at first we were applying for government's owned "temples?" which are cheaper, but since we failed after 2 draws, i think it would be better to settle him in a private one (but a lot more expensive). They are mostly either run by the "buddist" or "Christian" persons. They are just being kept in a bottle and then being placed inside a box like stuff on the wall. However, even for this small space, it costs a lot. Chinese people don't like to put the ashes at home, for fear of getting bad lucks.
we can throw the ashes into the sea or have it kept under a tree in a government owned garden, but as my dad was so chicken hearted , i don't think he loves being in a sea, better keep him in land
