thanks, i do jump rope (5 min)+hola oops (5 minutes) every day for more than 20 years. Added to this, i do jogging/walking for 30 minutes 2 times a week and tennis 1 hour a week. Thats all i can do since I use to leave office very late at around 7 pm. If i do more, i won't have any pleasure time left to watch tv etc
