The match is getting boring at the moment as Nadal only needs to find easy errors from Federer's backhand.

It's more than that, dude. It's a body and mind thing.

Yes, same pattern. Federer meltdown and Nadal takes advantage. ://

Missing ton of easy backhand.....

What the hell!!!!!!There is more thing to happen.

that last game was absolutely crazy. Feel so bad for Fed  :\. and how many times did Rafa get a time violation warning?
I wanted Fed to win this match more than Nole winning the whole tournament  :cursing:

Nadal 100% at the net 5/5!

Nadal 3 aces, Federer 4 aces  :scared:
“It is not too far way,” Toni Nadal told The Australian after Nadal collected the 13th major of his career by mowing down Novak Djokovic in an electrifying final of the US Open. “It is getting very, very close for Rafa to be level with Roger or more.”

Where were those bh's earlier, Fed?

Nice match overall. Would have been nice if Rog actually broke Rafa there, but yeah...

Twice.

4-4 in 1st set, and close to the finish line. The "umpire" tried his best to put Nadal off at the crucial times. Nadal handled both situations very well.

The BH was the liability again.  :(

I think I have enough. It is brutal to watch same pattern happen again and again. I feel tired.
Sorry, I don't have strong heart.

I don't know. These cross-court backhand really do damage with combination of forehand down the line.

Nadal always goes for the BH. Fed tried to run around it as much as possible.

Fed should also get a little better for the USO.

Fed should go for a broke. He is letting Rafa dictating the play.

I think the difference was Nadal's backhand improved in the 2nd/3rd sets. In the 1st set Nadal wasn't using his backhand as a weapon, so Federer was cashing in. Federer was winning most of the rallies of 10 shots or more. Nadal's backhand went up a notch and Federer was left with less attacking opportunities.

I agree Federer with this form should make the US Open semis (unless he gets a nightmare QF).
