I'll keep up my own  personal "Notes" thread unless you want to merge them, Dallas. I wasn't sure if anyone was going to get around to posting this one.  The Tennis4You site seems mostly focussed on other things these days.

I'll be there when Tommy is playing this afternoon and will give a cheer on your behalf.  :grind dance:

Actually, he has a fairly good draw and I expect him to go deep so just wait around.

Really sucks they don't stream Stepanek-Llodra, a match where tennis returns from 2010s baseline defending to 1990s S&V.

and this is supposed to be the best match of the year IMHO. I'd pay $100 to see this match.

What the F has Nishikori done to reach #11? LMAO!

Did 6 people lose mega points while he's sat around with no points to lose?

Tokyo last year was a nice event, IMO.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2012_Rakuten_Japan_Open_Tennis_Championships_%E2%80%93_Singles

The final was supposed to be Murray-Berdych but instead it was Nishikori-Raonic. Two surprise finalists after beating big names.

Such a great day it was for Japanese sports, in Formula One Kamui Kobayashi was 3rd in the Japanese GP and got his 1st podium finish, a rare feat for Japanese drivers.
