Seems to be pretty good.  She's handling her business right now.  PLUS...she can't be that bad when she says her favorite player is Federer! :))

Don't know what all the fuss about Isner is? :dunno:
'cause he's American?  ..-)

The guy has a very boring play in my humble opinion.
He obviously depends way too much on that serve, his movement is pretty good for a tall guy, but if he misses or mess his 1st serve he goes all passive, just like the likes of Raonic, Karlovic and even Anderson sometimes. That's why Anderson is much 'better' player than Isner, he also has pretty deadly 1st serve, but his ground game and variety is much more noticeable.

He's tried to improve over the years, but I've seen very little improvement.
The problem with this is, when you have that HUGE freaking serve, go for S&V, make that game a lot more interesting.
Llodra is not shy away, Mahut also, not even Mr. Sexy lips!

Guys whose game depends almost all on a single huge stroke, can't do anything and I'm glad. I even wanted Nadal to win in the finals. After all he has much more variety to bring in a single match.

Uhh...I'm not sure what Isner you're watching, but he's consistently going for big shots and going up to the net...

Rafa is the FIRST to qualify for WTF this year! :D

He's had that problem or something similar before.
I hope it can be resolved, I'm just loving his game.

Long day for qualifying as rain has suspended play and will stick around until early evening. At least most matches started are well into the second set. The weather looks good the rest of the week.

I was supposed to have a conflict at work so I went to Montreal instead.

Monday will be the first Week 1 Monday I miss since 2003. Since Andy Roddick won the US Open, since Roger had never won a US Open title.   :(

I anticipate watching awful tennis with the rest of you.
