One-dimensional match...

How so? John is playing some sweet ass tennis, dude.

You know its one-dimesninal when Isner goes ALL-IN all of a sudden. He's a one trick ponny.
Djokovic on other hand trying to tire Isner out, what we have seen zillion times.  ETC ETC

Isner matches are always the same.

On to the decider.

Nole was up a set and a break. Isner actually broke Nole twice then dominated the TB 7-2

See Luggy, this match is way too physical for Isner. He's breaking down. This looks like 6-2

Djokovic backhand is the worst I've ever seen it. It's no longer a rock solid shot.

Isner always looks tired but that's just his personality. It's the Sampras hang-dog look.

Personality or not I'm sick and tired of commentators commentating he's tired, he's injured but when he goes all-in... 'oh god amazing how he came back, he turned this one around etc etc

Now he calls for medical time out......

It's just his thing. It's what he does, similar like Murray. but then again Murray looks tired/ in pain only when losing.

Isner is more than one-dimension player for me. Karlovic, I will call him one-dimension player. Not Isner

Honestly, Isner played the best tennis of his life. He finally found a BH. The problem for him was he probably should have been more one dimensional, because staying in rallies and slugging it out BH to BH ultimately lead to him breaking down. People are going to remember that Djokovic was up a set and a break and dropped serve twice while serving for the match, but no one will mention that Nole was serving at 0-40 4-5 in the first set and came up with magic, twice to get through that game. Nole was that close to going out in 2 sets.

Isner's forehand is a freaking laser too.  Seen some nice touch around the net as well.  Combine that with his serve and steadier backhand and you have a tough match ahead of you if you are playing Isner.
Good Luck on the Court!!!

He's a solid top 10er now, whether he gets there or not as injuries might keep him from getting the necessary points. But fact of the matter is, he's a solid top 10er. No shame having Isner as USA #1.
