Happy New Year - & Tennis Resolutions

Tennis4you:
Happy 2005 all!!!  I hope you had a great 2004 and will have even a better 2005!

In 2005 I plan on:

1.  Shaking these extra 5-10 pounds.

2.  Hitting the weights 4-5 times per week (light weight so it will not bother my shoulder for tennis, which is what has kept me off the weights

3.  Improving me return of serve in dubs

4.  Play more dubs

5.  Make Tennis4you a better site

amen to that.  great goals.  dont think that last one is really necessary, lol but feel free to mess around and try. lol.  btw, try and get dk back into the board.  we need another safin fan.

Yeah, I miss DK, I am not sure what is up with that.  I called him out on the fake username post.  I have hopes he will be back for the AO talk.  He was never necessarily happy with the board switch, rightfully so, he had 800 posts at the last forum, but I know he can catch back up here!

MC ill Logic:
1.  Run a minimum of 3 times a week for at least 25 minutes.

2.  Don't eat in the middle of the night.

3.  Write.

Tennis4you:
Write?  You should write some instructional articles and put them in the Lesson Lounge at Tennis4you.  :)

Running would be good for me too, and we have a treadmill next to all the weight stuff in the basement.  Bores me though, but it would help!
