Exactly, it is impossable to tell how many slams Laver would have won if he had been able to play anyway, so there is no point guessing a number and saying Roger would never be able to get it, since we dont know anyway. If one is going to try to simply add slams they think he would have won while pros were not allowed to play in 63-67, while discounting the slams he very likely would not have won that he did in 60-62 by ignoring the obvious fact that Rosewall, Gonzalez, and Hoad were clearly better players even in 63 than he is; it becomes an even more flawed logic however.
