yeh read the topic...
i think it all depends... like, nike has good clothes.. but no racquets, and dnlop racquets are good, but they barely have any clothing!
hmm.. i made this so hard!
what are your thoughts?

I pciked Wilson, i love their rackets and their close adn shoes are ok.  babolat is good as well.

nike: good, if overpriced apparels.  some good shoes (i wear Air Resolves, beautiful)
dunlop: cheap rackets and good balls
adidas: good clothing and shoes
yonex: some people like their rackets, but their shape freaks me out
babolat: good strings, I hate their rackets in general
wilson: the best!

wilson racquets are the best i think... dunlop arent that cheap.. but they r bloody good!
and yes.. nike is overpriced considering its made by slave labour in china or wherever.. and they make 5cents a day.. pretty sad ey

Dunlop and Slazenger rackets are about $30 to 40 less than Wilsons and other brands in Canada.  The Slazenger X1 is $144 Canadian.  I would get two if i didnt like the n6-1 so much.

I'm offended that Head isnt on there. We held this same type of discussion on the old board and Head tied for 3rd behind Wilson & Dunlop.

I started using Head before I ever knew who the Williams were. If I decided to switch to a Wilson racquet, I would SO get Venus' though. I saw a kid using it ONE TIME EVER at a tournament and almost peed myself in excitement.

Dude, you wound't be able to keep your shots in the court with the n6.  Dont use it cuz Venus does.

I wouldn't use the oversized version n4... I dont even think she really uses the oversized version bc that thing is a rocket launcher for sure. I would get the midplus if I used the racquet at all. And jackal...DUH, I wouldnt switch racquets now. Just saying if I could ideally use any racquet, that'd be it.

sorry i 4got head...
i used to have a wilson, then i changed to dunlop and i am now alot better, just by changing my racquet.. my dunlop is heaps stronger than my wilson.. but wilson is still good

i guess im kinda like the mutt of brands, i use head racuqets, diadora and LaCoste clothes, lacoste or diadora shoes,  and for sum reason i got a wilson racquet bag
