give the dumbels adn ankle weight jogging a a shot. satart out with 1 mile everyother day, tehn go bigger and bigger. if its cold out, wear sweatpants, and thats even better, so teh ankel weights dont move around your ankels and the friction wont burn them. btw, be sure to always pump your arms when you hold the dumbells. when you are done, you will be wiped, but it feels great. feels healthy.
