Storngly believe in Dent´s chances to win over Agassi
Anyone remember USOPEN 2003??
Dent retired because of injured harmstring and ten minutes later started to rain halting play for 4 days.

Dent is playing well, but I do not think he is playing that well. But I have been wrong before.

I saw the match between Federer and Suzuki. It was a very entertaining match. Federer wasn't his best but he played well enough to win. Suzuki bum rushed Fed and it paid off. He went to the net like 90 times and won a little over 50%. Federer only shown a quite few of his brilliant shots throught out the match, but overall he was somewhat sloppy. Maybe this is a wake up call for him...he needs to improve

Wow, the guy won 50% of the points at the net? That is incredibule! I bet that would give Tim Henman some hope if Federer was phased by that!

Well, if you lose every point from the base line and only winning 50% at the net, that's not very good

Federer played pretty well last night. Agassi and Safin played great and saved tons of energy not playing long matches. Last year Safin ran out of energy in the finals so these shorts matches are probably a relief for him now. I really wish Agassi and Federer were in different 1/2s of the draw so they could clash in the finals.

And WAY TO GO NADAL! He was down a match point in the 4th set against Mikhail Youzhny and ended up winning the match in 5 sets! Good stuff, the point that set up match point was sick! Nadal has some nice hands!

Roddick and Hewitt both lost a set for the first time this tournament. Hewitt took out Blake in 4 sets and Roddick took our Ruesedski in 4 sets. I was suprised to see Blake keep it that close, the second set was a tie-breaker thta Hewitt squeezed out 8-6. He would fo been down 0-2 in sets if he would of lost that.

Damn those late matches! I barely dragged myself out off bed this morning for work. I thought Hewitt was going to lose. Blake was playing out of his mind for the first 2 sets. Anyhow. I don't see how Hewitt is a threat to Fed the way he played last night.

Blake always seems to do pretty well against Hewitt when they play in a Grand Slam.

Anyway, it's a whole new ballgame when somebody plays Federer. I don't know if how Hewitt played Blake is any more a true indicator as how Federer played Suzuki was. Blake has one of the biggest forehands in tennis, and I heard he said he was going back to a go-for-broke style of play. He's one of the very quickest guys on tour, and when he's moving well and his forehands falling in, he can give anybody problems.

Like somebody said on a different thread, I'd like to see how Federer would do against Tim Henman. Are they even in the same section?

We're looking at a potential Hewitt-Nadal as well as an Agassi-JJ 4th rounder as well. Notable 3rd rounders are Nalbandian vs. Fernando Gonzalez and JC Ferrero vs. Coria.

Opposite half. Henman has Davydenko, then probably Canas, Roddick and Hewitt. He's not getting out of there. Even if he did make the final against Federer, I think he'd get creamed. Indoors, or on grass, now that's another matter.

Federer has been teaching Henman true tennis the las few times they played, but the guy yesterday gave Federer problems from the net, so maybe he wasa little uncomfortable with the guy at the net? I doubt it. But Henman used to rule Federer before Federer picked it up.

Every round Federer wins he is going to get better, someone better stop him soon.

When playing someone new with a different game, it will take a while to get used to. That's what happened with Federer and Suzuki. I think it will be a different story next time those two meet, with Ferderer being himself and Suzuki being yo-yo left and right.

Something tells me that Dent is going to give Andre some trouble.
Let´s see what happens.
I think it benefits Dent more than Agassi that they´re playing at night.
