5:30 A.M. - Get to Gas Station - Get Cappachino
9:30 A.M. - Chips and Coke
10:30 A.M. - Sandwhich and Coke
12:01 P.M. - Eat rest of lunch, maybe bananna or something and Coke
3:30 P.M. - Coke
5:30 P.M. - Dinner with wifey. Hambuger Helped, or some kind of pasta.
9:00 P.M. - Ice cream or pizza (yes every day)
I plan on croaking by age 32. Just 7 months away.
well, allow me to help u out:
I think that b/c u're having such little snacky things at the start of the day, it causes u to be starving by the end of the day; not to mention the fact that u have absolutely NO water during the day... I advise that u get rid of the 9:30 snack (pointless).. for the 10:30 one, puch it to 12:00 (12:01?

) it's fine if u have a big sanwich or a sub... I don't see anything wrong w/ ice cream at nine... as long as it's not like a tub... overall, it should look like this:
5:30 A.M. - Get to Gas Station - Get Cappachino (grab a bagel or suthin while u're there)
9:30 A.M. - eliminated
12:01 P.M. - large Sandwhich and Coke (it would be better to have water)
3:30 P.M. - Coke (don't need that)
5:30 P.M. - Dinner with wifey. Hambuger Helped, or some kind of pasta. (actually healthy

9:00 P.M. - Ice cream (small portion)
Of course, you're probably not gonna follow it, but that diet mixed w/ exercise (u get plenty of that) should get u back to a 32 waist!

I feel really weird giving nutritional tips btw.
