Well, that horse avi is totally freaking me out. I hope you find a new one SOON!!! So how have you been feeling, Punkin?

Well sugah, I have been feeling pretty well, thanks for asking.  I am about half way through my 30 days of wearing this dang heart monitor.  Itís a lot of fun wearing it on court   .  I have taken lots of abuse from Scottie, Buckeye, Jeffro, and the rest of the club members about being wired and such.  Iíve finally completed all the tests my doc ordered (another doc said he was going to recommend the EP test to my doc) now I am waiting to hear back from her with what I hope is good news.
Also, I played singles last night for the 2nd time since playing Buckeye in December.  Man did it feel strange playing singles.  So I basically attacked and hit a lot of good volleys and half volleys while the groundies were shaky to say the least.  I got up 2 breaks and then relaxed and ended up losing my serve and only won by 1 break.  Iím starting to find the game a little.  The cobwebs are starting to fall off (a littleÖlong way to go) and every now and then there is a flashback to the old days (when I could play).  I just need to play more and I have now played doubles last Thur-Fri-Sat and singles last night and scheduled to play dubs Thur thru Sat again this week.  Itís all about the court time and the knee allowing me to move.

SO basically you demolished Buck?

Yeah, he demolished me.......I think we already covered this.......and dragged my a$$ through it once........do we really need to rehash?   :(

Love the sig, btw, Punkin...and love that particular skit, too.

Now if you would just hurry up and get rid of that avi, I'll be a happy girl. Well, that may be pushing it...I'll be a happy old hag.

I was at this casino minding my own business, and this guy came up to me and said, "You're gonna have to move, you're blocking a fire exit." As though if there was a fire, I wasn't gonna run. If you're flammible and have legs, you are never blocking a fire exit.  - Mitch Hedberg

Hit around last night for about 45 minutes with the mighty Jeffro and another guy.  Buckeye, DO NOT tell anyone you saw me with a Head racket in my hand.  How embarrassing.  And RED to boot  ;;)

It looked like a big oversize Steffi Graf racquet, only red instead of that blue one she has recently been pushing.  What was up with the racquet change........you couldn't possibly have gone to the club without your dino-sticks could you????   :;:-|

I was only there to run the leagues and did not expect to play any, so I was "gearless", but when the mighty Jeffro walked in and asked if I'd like to hit with him, how do you say no to that?  So, I grabbed a demo and went down to the court with my running shoes on.  Thank goodness I didnít turn an ankle.  Dino sticks????? Why I oughtta.......... :ranting:

played 2 hrs of dubs last night....that's about the 5th time I've played in 8 days and IT IS STARTING TO COME BAAAAACK!!!!  It's a great feeling when the racket finally starts to feel like an extention of your arm and not some foreign body.

Sweet!   You're gettin' it all back just in time to be joining us for our Summer USTA and GCTA leagues!   ;-()      I will have to tell you about the GCTA league more as it is cheap and we get to play at many local sweet clubs!     :uh:

Bob offered me a signing bonus and free use of the team Porsch.  Can you match that?   ;;)

Dude, you're a lefty, and that means your family.  But if you keep this talk up, you can expect to find the head of that horse in your avatar, in your bed....

Good luck on the court is nice to have, but it's usually extraneous when playing against Baker.

Hey!  My horse has been mutilated enough already!  So, are you going to "make me an offer I can't refuse"?

I guess you are not a fan of the Godfather trilogy?
