Tonights matches on TV.

It looks like we will get to see two women's quarterfins tonight.  It seems they will be on tape since they are slated to begin at 7:00 and 9:00 AM EST which would be before ESPN2 comes on the air but if the first runs long we might get to see the second live first.  Then they may jump ahead to Saffin with the end perhpas live if it looks like they can fill out the time until 1:30 AM EST.  Now in fact it looks like we will see Serena live because the first one  just ended before they came on the air and they can show Serena live.  They actually came on the air at 9:40 EST because of the close basketball game and there seems to be about a ten to fifteen minute break between matches.  If the basketball game ended ten mintues earlier they might have been showing both on tape.  Remember there are no tiebreaks in the final set.  Then we get the other quarters tomorrow and depending on the length and when they come on the air we may be one live.  The first point of the Serena match was struck at 9:54 EST so the first quarter proably ended when the basketball game ended.
