Just a joke guys. I wish I knew you folks and played against you.

Why would you want to play in the half-broke-down league with us???

We're up to half??  ALRIGHT!

You tell us if you're up to half??????   You could tell us in your journal about your matches!!!!

Played last night with VIC against The Big MC and Jeffro The Almighty.  We split the 1st and 2cnd sets and got to about 3-3 games in the 3rd set, then played a tie-break.  We won the tie-break 5-1.  I was happier with my serve last night and the return was feeling good!  Good night overall with many good points!

VIC brought out about 3 different racquets to demo and all of us were trying them as we warmed up beginning the night!  This was pretty interesting and I ended up liking the Yonex one he had the most!  Jeffro's Wilson Ncode racquet felt pretty money also although it was strung at like 50 lbs. and I can't imagine I would ever play at that low tension!

As you know, I use the same racquet as Jeffro but I use the same string and the same tension as you.  You need to test drive it!
Good Luck on the Court!!!

I am TELLING you gys, the Dunlop Revelation is the only way to fly!  I'm about to give up and let you flail way with whatever wand you want though.
I was at this casino minding my own business, and this guy came up to me and said, "You're gonna have to move, you're blocking a fire exit." As though if there was a fire, I wasn't gonna run. If you're flammible and have legs, you are never blocking a fire exit.  - Mitch Hedberg

That's alright Dster - let'em flail away with their inferior sticks.  They'll fall even harder the next time we take them on!

Greg
Good luck on the court is nice to have, but it's usually extraneous when playing against Baker.

Half Pint,
I keep telling you that you need to get a good spell-checker.  You needed it here, because in this case, you're gonna have to settle for *neither*!!!!

Mmmm, I sense a match in the near future....

That would of been a good joke if spell checker didn't recognize the word "either"...

That match you sense in the near future will be a loss for you unless you are on my side of the court.

The lefty duo would DOMINATE!

Correcting Scott, he meant to say my side of the court!     :)

Played last night with Freebird and lost at the 2cnd dubs spot to JC and CB in a USTA match.  I think it was the 1st time I played against the one guy JC.  The score was 5-7, 6-3, 3-1 when we had to stop for time reasons.  A couple things to note:  we were serving at 5-3 in the 1st set and lost it 5-7.......ouch!  We caught fire in the 2cnd set and finished it strong with great momentum.  We started the 3rd set by breaking their serve and proceeded to lose the final 3 games!   As I said before.....ouch!   :(    I felt pretty comfortable poaching last night with many putaways at net!
