Suzaka was the real drivers track, that was a great test of a drivers skill. Monza for all its history and everything that goes with it. I always like the Australian GP and love that being the opening race of the season. Monte Carlo for its sights, scenery, prestige- but not its overtaking

What about you?

I'm in a fantasy F1 competition, the Singapore race should be ace, I lived there for 2 1/2 years, it was so good, and its a road race instead of a real circuit.

I'll be getting up Sunday morning early to see the race live from Melbourne. Usually do so its become somewhat of a tradition to start the new season off by getting up in the middle of the night to see the Melbourne GP. I think/have a bad feeling that Ferrari will be a bit stronger than the McLaren's so I'm tipping Raikkonen to win his 2nd straight Championship.

My family always watch them as soon as we can, live if possible. We root for David Coulthard as Scots, and we really don't want Hamilton to win, but good luck for you. We like Kimi to do well.

Prediction 2008: Kimi, A Walk in the park, at least 10-12 wins. Disaster of the season: Hamilton, (will miss champion Alonso to make McLaren a winning car), surprise of the season: Alonso-Renault, the duo that retired 7 times champion Schumacher.

Albert Park is a wonderful circuit, around a lake with great corners called after F1 champions, it was there since the 50's but this year could be the last race at wonderful circuit. Magny-Cours will also be drop this year for sure.
I will go to Valencia, new urban circuit, I hate Montmelo so boring. I was sure that Singapore is also urban circuit, like Monaco.

and the most important thing: japanese fans made a lot of criticism of horrible Fuji, I MISS SUZUKA BADLY!!!

it was always a circus since Bernie took control!!!!
(well at least we dont have the frenchman as president of FIA trying to cheat and made Prost a champion vs Senna, however Mosley is not good)

Great start to the season for Lewis, just what he needed to open up, and seems as if the McLaren car must be a pretty solid model and they've got the set up right so far, with Kovalainen also right up there in 3rd spot. Impressive qualifying for Kubica, and looks as if BMW may be the 3rd best car out there. Raikkonen's defence of his title got off to a terrible start with that mechanical failure in the first part of the session- thats going to hurt him badly and he'll have to look to come through a lot of cars tomorrow in the hope of forcing himself in the top 4.

Kimi had something wrong with his car, as did a few people.

Kubica was a surprise, and when I was watching his lap, I saw him go off the track onto the grass on one turn, which the commentators said lost him 2 or 3 tenths of a second. If he hadnt gone off, he would most definitely have pole position for Sunday's race.
