I listen to Classical while I study. Everytime this song comes on, I get up to find out what it is. There's a really nice hook just after 4:35  :)

It's odd but sometimes a band's best known/most popular songs actually sink the band.  Nirvana would probably be the best example of this.  It Smells Like Teen Spirit was immensely popular in the 90's but the band started to get tired of having to play it over and over again.  I think there were a few performances where they tried to avoid it all together.  Of course, if they didn't perform that song, people wouldn't show up in the same numbers.

I thought you were going another direction: Ice Ice Baby. Both artists (Vanilla and the Verve) were sued for illegal sampling involving their most widely acclaimed hits (Bittersweet Symphony).

These are all song titles. Fallen is by Keshia Chante and Last Night is by Keyshia Cole and P. Diddy. Quite cheesy really and not my kind of singers, but for some reason I like it, for now anyway. Probably just flavour of the week.

Let it Rock is by Kevin Rudolf. This is a much better song however.

I guess I need to listen to it to see.  Generally I don't think Cole can 'sing'.... I hated that first song she put out that made her sound like a wounded animal!  But I'll see if I can listen to the song you mentioned to see if I like it. ;-()
