Hang with me, here, this is related.

I just got me a steak burrito dinner. I usually mix things up--tacos, no guac--so I the only point of reference I have is how much I pay (tip included) for the meal. Before today, I had never left the place leaving more than $15. Today, I laid down $19 tip included.

I guess we're all suffering the same fate. It was $3.59 on Saturday, then I go to fill up on Sunday and it's $3.82. Unreal!

Passed up gas stations yesterday that had $3.54, only to pay $3.65.

$3.65 is low here.........like as low is you would find this morning............................then today, another ludicrous jump up to $3.91! That kind of jump should be illegal!

Just filled up for $3.55. But most station are mid $3.60s.

One station here has $3.69. The others are all in the $3.80+ range.

I paid $4.00 this morning, although it was really listed at $3.99.9 so I guess that makes me feel a little better.

Agreed. Wifey has reduced her driving too. I am stuck driving for work so I have no choice. The cost per mileage right now is $0.505. They need to raise that again.....

The good news for me is that the new office is only 13 minutes away as opposed to 20 minutes away like the old office. But still, it is just a lot of money in the end.

The tourney I play in tomorrow is 45 minutes away. Last weekend I had to make a 2 hour drive back and forth to Cleveland for a wedding. That was a $50.00 trip!
