This should be a great tournament.  Safin, Federer, Agassi, Ljubicic, Henman and more.  The most interesting part is the Safin, Federer part.  I am hoping for a great week of tennis!

The womens side of the draw looks pretty good too.  I am not sure if Venus was signed up for this tournament.  If she was, I will be curious to see if she plays since she said she was injured in her finals match yesterday again Mauresmo.
Good Luck on the Court!!!

I'm starting to find it funny that whenever the Williams sisters lose a match, an injury is always to blame.....

I think Venus & Serena are indeed hurt but I think that the majority of it is just a matter of their mind. Because they still feel they're the best (And indeed have two of the best games on tour) they feel they should be winning every match they play and so I believe when they lose a match -- they need to be able to blame that loss on something since they feel it's not their game and so they really do feel a physical pain even if its not really there.

Anyone here knows i love Venus & Serena with a passion but I'll agree with anyone that the two of them make too many excuses and need to get real and try some differnt things that could really help their games.

Agreed. I really don't pay it any mind anymore.

Agassi is in Federer's half of the draw so that should be an entertaining match if we get to it.

I would rather see Agassi in Safin's half of the draw to see how they would do against each other.  Safin has won their last 2 meetings and they were both in 2004.  Before that they hadn't played since the year 2000.

Head to Head they are 3-3

I think that's bad news for Agassi. The only weakness I see in Federer game is his fitness, but that's if they're playing a 5 setter and this tourney is 3 sets format. Good luck trying to wear him down over 3 sets.
I've been a tennis bum for half my life.
I'll just be a bum for the other half.

Does anyone know why the live video streaming on the Dubai tennis site doesn't work? Can someone else try please, cause it would be cool if we could watch it.
