Since Wimbledon seeds as they see fit, who do you think will be seeded #2?
Good Luck on the Court!!!

I would say Nadal since I think they want that match-up again!  Roddick has nothing on Fed where at least Nadal has 'something' on Fed.

They don't seed as they see fit: they have a formula to determine it. It runs something like:
ATP Entry Points + All points won on grass in the last 2 years. Nadal will still be above Roddick.

I'm pretty sure it'll still be Nadal.

Nadal has so many more points than Roddick that even using the Wimbledon seeding chart - he still would be seeded #2.  I just hope Nadal and Roddick end up on the same half so maybe, just maybe, we could see them meet in the SF.

I see no reason why they wouldn't seed Nadal #2. He was in the finals last year and he's the #2 player in the world. It's a no-brainer.

It doesn't really matter though, because in all likely hood they will meet in the semis.

The match-up I was referring to is Fed-Nadal in the final not the semi-final.   ;-()   While there isn't much difference, the final is for the crown and the semi is not.  More drama.

Federer, Djokovic, Roddick and ... possibly Nadal, Gonzalez, Baghdatis, Murray etc. It all depends on the draw. Even Blake if he sorts his head out.

I put my vote on Nadal,if anything else it stinks. With the rankings while on this,i see Murray is now no 8 in the rankings.Long as this stays he will be what i call a corner draw,by this i mean one of the ends. This i feel can only help Murray when the draw comes out.I hope there are no changes in the rankings till after Wimbledon,
sid :)

Yeah, this means he doesn't face someone higher ranked than him until the Quarter Finals!

Hi Dallas like yourself with Roger i will always fire in with Murray lol.As murrayfan says he wont play a higher seed than himself till Quarter finals. This is the great thing being in the top 8.I know there is a small dought wether he plays, but to me things are looking good atm.I think he will be ok 2 play.

If Murray gets to the quarters, there's not even a guarantee that he'll play a higher seed, as they may already be knocked out.

By the way, the seeds have been set over at the Wimbledon site and Davydenko got knocked down.
