You don't get it to play. You type in the three letter key, wait a minute (watch the countdown on the lower right), then when the countdown finishes, it will turn into a download button. You click the download button, and your computer should ask you if you want to open or save or cancel. I choose save and then wait for the video to download. Then play it on VLC. If you choose open you computer will try and open it, probably with the Windows Media Player. Depending on how current your computer is it will just play.

If you don't know VLC, its a small media player similar to Windows Media Player excpet it can play almost all file formats. Windows Media Player (WMP) is a wimp and can only play two or three kinds it likes. Most of the videos here are not wimp material, vlc can play it. www.videolan.org
